٠Leigh Engineering was formed by Mr. Leigh Smith in January 1997.
٠Leigh has been in the steel trade since leaving school at the age of 17.
His story is the classic tale of starting a company with no money, no equipment and not even having customers to start work, but with a vision and a desire to provide quality and to look after the customers he gained.
With a lot of hard work and keeping the purse strings tight the work started and we are proud to say that the customers we gained at the beginning in 1997 are still placing orders with us today.

With the company being 10 years old it has learned the ups and downs and taken the good and the bad of business life.
